Hi, I’m Camila Gonzalez, LCSW

Young woman sitting on a red armchair, holding a clipboard and pen, smiling in a well-decorated living room with a white bookshelf, plants, and a side table.

founder of Haven Lane Therapy.

I’m a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) passionate about helping people process emotions, break unhealthy cycles, and move toward calmer, more connected lives.

From a young age, I learned the power of talking things through rather than holding them in. My mom modeled what it means to break generational patterns, and that inspired me to create a safe, supportive space for others to do the same.

Clinical Approach

Clinical Approach

A woman with short curly hair and hoop earrings is laughing, wearing a black blazer and white shirt, standing in front of an orange wall.

I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can be honest, even if things feel messy, and where we’ll work together to:

  • Understand and regulate your emotions

  • Recognize the patterns that are keeping you stuck

  • Heal from trauma through approaches like EMDR

  • Build healthier boundaries and relationships

  • Develop confidence and self-compassion

I specialize in supporting teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, trauma, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re just beginning to explore therapy or continuing a longer healing journey, my goal is to meet you where you are.

Why Haven Lane

I chose the name Haven Lane because therapy should be both a haven, a safe place to land, and a lane, a guided path toward growth.

With a focus on empathy, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity, I offer sessions in English and Spanish so clients can feel fully understood in the language that feels most natural.
