Services at Haven Lane Therapy

Therapy is about more than managing symptoms, it’s about creating space to understand yourself, heal, and grow. At Haven Lane, I work with teens and adults who are ready to move through anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship struggles with guidance and care. Sessions are available in-person in Houston, Texas and online across Texas, in both English and Spanish.

Individual Therapy (Bilingual & Bicultural Therapy)

You don’t have to carry it all on your own. In individual sessions, we’ll slow down, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded.

I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. As a bicultural therapist, I understand how culture and family history shape our struggles and our healing. Whether you prefer to process in Spanish, English, or a mix of both, you’ll have space to show up fully as yourself.

EMDR Therapy for Trauma

Sometimes talking through the past isn’t enough. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based approach that helps your brain process traumatic memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. If you’ve been carrying the weight of old experiences, EMDR can help you feel lighter and more in control.

What to expect:

Therapy takes courage and time.

Healing rarely happens in a straight line. Some sessions may bring meaningful breakthroughs, while others may leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or even like you’ve taken a step backward. That doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’re doing the work.

Real change often happens gradually, beneath the surface, before you can fully see or feel it. With time, the shifts you make in therapy can become deeper, more sustainable, and more authentic because they aren’t about simply changing your behavior—they’re about changing your relationship with yourself from the inside out.
